This policy is issued by Suzhou Dongxuan Cultural Communication Co., Ltd. (the operator) and applies to the Celesight Calendar mainland China website and Android edition. The website introduces the product and provides guidance. It currently has no account forms, advertising, behavioral analytics or third-party visitor tracking.

2. System permissions
- Network access:For account, entitlement, update and external-web requests that you initiate.
- Notifications:For local reminders after you use the reminder feature and grant permission. Declining notification permission does not affect date queries.
- Image selection:When you add an image to an observing note, the system picker reads only the photo file you explicitly select. The App does not scan your photo library. Whether the picker offers taking a photo or other options depends on the device and its permissions.
- App installation:Only after you download an update and choose to install it does Android ask to allow the installation source. Downloading does not automatically install the App.
- Boot events:To restore local reminders after a device restart or a time/time-zone change.
The current version does not request contacts, microphone or device location permission. Image selection or taking a photo through the system follows the actual system prompts and your actions. You can manage permissions in system settings. Declining images does not affect text notes or local date queries.
3. Local storage and external services
The website does not use analytics cookies or maintain browsing profiles. The App stores display preferences, the selected city and anniversaries locally; note text and images are stored in on-device IndexedDB. Secure credential handling will be explained separately before account features are enabled. Website resources are self-hosted, with no advertising, mapping, third-party login or visitor-tracking service.
Calendar and astronomy calculations run on the device and do not themselves send selected dates to external calculation services. Dates and sky charts shown in the website preview are fixed examples.
Built-in historical-text search runs locally within the App. Custom tools and historical-text URLs, and third-party reference links you choose to open, use a separate system browser window. External pages cannot read the App's local notes, photos or anniversaries; we do not automatically upload this content to them. A third-party website may process browsing requests under its own policy, which you should review.
4. Retention and deletion
You manage local settings, anniversaries and observing notes and can edit or delete records within the App. Clearing App data or uninstalling removes local anniversaries, note text, copies of selected photos and meridian chart images. Cloud sync and cloud backup are not currently provided, so keep your own copies of important content. Deleting an image copy in the App does not delete the original photo from your system library.
The website does not save your queries by default. Necessary error logs are rotated under the deployment configuration and removed within seven days, unless a different retention period is required by law.
5. Sharing and protection
We do not sell personal information or provide your browsing data to advertising platforms through this website. Where information must be provided by law, or new processors or external services are introduced, we will give the notices required by applicable rules. Services use HTTPS. Production deployment should restrict administrative access and keep systems updated.
6. Your choices and rights
You may use local calendar and almanac features without signing in, choose a city, manage anniversaries and notes, and control notification, image-access and installation permissions in system settings. Contact us using the details in this policy to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent regarding personal information. We will verify necessary information and respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. Minors
Minors should use the service under a guardian's guidance. The website currently accepts no children's account registrations or personal profiles. If future features process personal information of children under fourteen, we will establish appropriate rules and obtain guardian consent as required by law.
8. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when services or information practices change. Where renewed consent is legally required, it will be addressed before the relevant feature is enabled.
